Where generative AI was involved on this website, which images are real, and who is responsible for the content.
Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, known as the AI Regulation or AI Act, requires providers and operators of AI systems to disclose when content has been artificially generated or altered. The relevant transparency requirements under Article 50 of the Regulation have applied since 2 August 2026. This page meets those requirements for vertriebsimpuls.com and also voluntarily records what does not legally require labelling.
On this website, you can see which image is a real photograph and which was generated on a computer. Four groups of images are fully AI generated: the group image showing our team, the title images for the magazine articles, four symbolic images without people in the awards section on the home page, namely the background image and the three images of award objects, and the background image in the header area of the home page, an empty bright room without people. The title images carry the label “AI symbolic image” on the image itself, with an additional note below the image in the article. They are illustrations of the topic and do not show real people, clients or events. The four symbolic images in the awards section are also available in further image formats so that they can be seen in full on tablets and phones. Each format shows the same image. These, too, are symbolic images: they show neither the awards actually presented nor a real location. The background image in the header area of the home page sits very faintly behind the headline and text and shows an empty, bright room: white wall, wall pillars, daylight coming in. It is not a real place and not one of our rooms. All videos, all event and portrait photos, and all press materials are real. Alongside our own images, we also use image material carried over from our previous website: subject and sector photos from meeting, conference, training and phone situations, plus city and location shots and the logos of the client companies named. People from our company are not shown in these images. These are also real photographs.
The texts on this website were created using generative AI and then fully checked, corrected and approved by people. Professional statements, figures, client references and quotes come from our own documents and were checked again before publication.
Editorial responsibility for all content lies with Vertriebsimpuls GmbH & Co. KG. Under the AI Regulation, our own company texts do not require labelling. We disclose the use of AI anyway because we consider it the more honest answer.
This overview is based on the image and video files embedded in the pages of this website. The material consists of the company’s own photo and video recordings, plus image material carried over from the previous website. We classified it by its documented origin, using the file inventory, the archived original versions and the embedded source evidence, where available. We did not use the camera data of the web files served on the site, because after cropping and compression they usually no longer contain metadata. The AI generated title images for the magazine articles are an exception: we write the classification into the delivered files ourselves, as the IPTC entry “Digital Source Type: trainedAlgorithmicMedia” in the XMP block, and in every delivered size. Anyone who saves such a file can therefore read the label outside this website too. The classification of the team group image is technically documented: the archived original file contains source evidence under the C2PA standard (Content Credentials). For videos, we keep the original files from the camera and the edit, and compare the delivered versions with them.

AI generated means: the image was created entirely by an image model and is not a real photograph. For the team group image, this is technically documented. We have source evidence for this image under the C2PA standard, which records the image model gpt-image and the creation date, 25 June 2026. This evidence is contained in the archived original file that we keep. The version delivered on the web no longer contains it, because all metadata is removed during conversion and compression to keep loading times short. We provide the source evidence for the original file on request. The people shown are not real people and do not represent real people. The four symbolic images in the awards section on the home page were also created entirely by an image model. They were created on 20 September 2026 with the image model gpt-image and do not show people. The background image in the header area of the home page was created on the same day with the same image model. It does not show people. The three images of award objects are symbolic representations of an award. They show neither the trophies actually presented nor certificates or marks of the awarding organisations. The awards themselves are real and are named in the adjacent section with prize, organisation and status.
The same applies to the title images for the magazine articles. Here, the labelling is also stored in the delivered file itself. They are generated with the image model gpt-image-2 in the format 1536 × 1024. For each title image, we keep the unchanged original file from the model and maintain a register that records the model, format, creation date, image description and the image instruction used. We provide both on request. The images illustrate the topic of the relevant article. They do not show real people, real clients or events that actually took place. Where people appear, they are shown only so they cannot be identified.
AI assisted means: a real design element was shown in a computer generated scene. In the two book images, the cover is the actual, human designed cover of the book “Potential: Beschwerde” by Achim Jaeger. The spatial studio scene around it was rendered. We do not have embedded source evidence for these two files, so as a precaution we identify them as AI assisted rather than describing them as purely photographic.
Real recording means: photo or video material from real situations. For videos, this is documented by the unchanged original files from the camera and editing software, which we archive. The photographs are the company’s own images and material from the previous website. We hold these files without embedded camera data, so their classification is based on the documented origin of the motifs, not on file metadata. The web optimised copies you see here usually no longer contain metadata anyway, as it is removed to keep loading times short. Image and colour corrections, such as cropping or conversion to black and white, have been made to some photos. The meaning of the image was not changed.
The motif and sector photos from the previous website are images of general office, conference, training and telephone situations, as well as city and location shots. They do not show people from our company or Vertriebsimpuls events. They are used on the pages as illustrative images, not as evidence. We list them separately here so that this overview does not mix them with our own event photos.
Own design means: graphic material designed by people and not photography. This applies to the word mark and the Vertriebsimpuls logo from the company’s corporate design.
Third party brand means: logos and word marks of other companies that we reproduce unchanged. They come from the respective rights holders, were neither designed by us nor generated with AI, and appear in the client reference overview as evidence of past collaboration.
All images and videos on this website are delivered from this website’s own server. We do not use any third party image server or any image server from an earlier website. The photos are the company’s own images and image material from the previous website. The overview above lists these assets by group.
The project archive contains two further AI generated drafts of a book cover, which were rejected. They are not embedded on any page of this website and are not shown to visitors.
AI generated and AI assisted images can be identified in two places, visibly and in machine readable form.
Visible in the image caption on the relevant page. Every use of the group image carries the caption Symbolic image, AI generated. Every use of the two 3D renderings of the book cover carries the caption Product image, created with AI assistance. The awards section on the homepage carries the note below the cards Image motifs in this section: symbolic images, AI generated. The header area on the homepage carries the note at its foot Background image: symbolic image, AI generated.
Machine readable in the source code via the attribute data-ai-generated="true" on the relevant image element. Software can therefore read the classification without relying on the visible text.
This page also lists the image and video assets used on the site, grouped by type. Where C2PA standard proof of origin exists, we keep it in the archived original files and provide it on request.
The consent management system on this website works by rules and without AI. How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy policy.
